About The Event
Facilitated by Team Canada Competitor Katelyn "Compton" Escott, the Introduction to Performance Wingsuiting two day skills course is designed to equip you with performance flying techniques and technical knowledge for ongoing skill development.
Course Outline:
- Flysight set up & use
- data analysis
- competition format
- performance flying techniques
- ways to train
- ongoing skill development
Participant Requirements:
- basic wingsuiting skills: comfortable with stable exits, navigation, and deployment
- any wingsuit size welcome (you must have your own equipment)
- active CSPA affiliation (for outside CSPA affiliations, a mandatory 3 month CSPA affiliation application form will be provided upon arrival)
- skydiving gear must have indate reseverve pack and AAD
- a flysight and laptop will be required (there are only a couple flysights available for rental use, so it is strongly recommended to have your own)
- precourse materials will be provided for participants to study
Course Costs:
- $200 registration fee *a $50 deposit is required at registration that will be reduced from the total cost upon arrival of the course
- $500 for ten (10) jump tickets to 11,500 *will be charged based on $50 per jump, five (5) jumps per day, course is over two (2) days
- GST has been included in the costs
