About The Event
Flight-1 Canopy Course 201
A must for all pilots regardless of experience! Inevitably all pilots at some point must deal with different airspeeds close to ground. How will you react? Will you react correctly? The course highlights how different airspeeds are controlled safely for each situation and provides the know-how required to react correctly. This course is also a must if you intend to move into more advanced landings.Â
Flight-1 Canopy Course 202
All pilots need to increase airspeed at some point to land safely. The first experience of this should never be in a high stress situation close to the ground! Whilst highlighting possible scenarios, the course provides essential knowledge including methods of building airspeed and how to avoid the pitfalls. For those interested in, or already doing high performance.Â
$450 Â Registration Fee *based on $225 per course; Registration required through Flight-1 at https://flight-1.com/book-now/dropzone/skydive-vancouver-island
$250 jump tickets from 5,000 feet *Based on five (5) jumps per day over a two (2) day course; payable to Skydive Vancouver Island ay the end of the course
$50 dropzone fee *covers travel expenses and classroom fees based on two (2) day course participation
Additional fees may apply for such items as gear rental, CSPA temporary affiliation, etc.Â
Flight 201 & 202 are best taken concurrently. Requirements: Attended Flight 101 & Flight 102 Recommendations: Minimum of 200 jumps
